Had a decent stay! The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and I appreciated the helpful staff who provided a hair dryer when I needed one. Breakfast offered basic items, but I enjoyed my time overall. Just missing a few extra niceties in the room!

This hotel was wonderful and I would stay here again. Everything was great, the parking was on site, the room was reasonably spacious. The location was comfy - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

The price of the hotel was great. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had several choices.
The location isn't close to much else. There was no elevator to the second floor where our room was.

I liked that the room was very clean and it was confortable to stay there. They have a swimming pool and I enjoyed that with my friends. The price was very good for the room we stayed in and we had also continental breakfast included which was a little bit poor but it was great for the money we paid. So I recommend this hotel. It worth all the money. Great place at great price!
The location is bad because the main activities and the main places you get fun are in Tempe, but as long as you have a car it's ok. It's just up to 30 or 40 minutes to get in Tempe.

We had two rooms and one of them had hair in the sheets on one of the beds.

Our room was clean.
The Bar and Grill is separate from the rooms. The hall and entrances needed paint and updating. You could easily hear other rooms.

The hotel looks neglected, the carpet in the hallways is dirty, the furniture needs a serious upgrade, the bathrooms require thorough cleaning!!!

When we checked into the room, there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. We asked for an upgraded different room, and got placed by the pool. None of the lamps, tv, or clock radio were plugged in, and looked like it hadn't been dusted in a long time. Part of the lamp was missing. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

First room assigned had not been cleaned, went back to the front desk 5 minutes later and desk clerk did not remember I had just checked in. Explained the dirty room, another was assigned and was acceptable. Air conditioning units are old and are loud when they kick on and off during the night... But we just chalked it up to "you get what you paid for". The less than $60 a night was what we needed at the end of our stay. The continental breakfast that was included was good, could have used more fruit.
